• Room will be given guaranteed reservation upon remittance of 100% of package amount, as advance.
• A room booking will be acknowledged as confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment within 7 days from the date of booking.
• In case of delay in the payment, room shall be released and Hotel Deodar Villa shall not be liable for the booking status.
• Guaranteed reservation cancelled 72 hours prior to check – in date would not attract a retention charges, and full amount will be refunded
• Guaranteed reservation called 48 hours prior to check in date, Would attract a retention charges
• Guaranteed reservation cancelled 24 hours prior to check in date; Deodar Villa shall not be liable for any refunds.
• In the event of cancellation, please retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
• Guest are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out .We accept only companies cheques/draft, issued in favour of Deodar Villa .We are not in a position to accept personal cheqes and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with us.
• Prior information for a smoking /non – smoking room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability.

• Kindly deposit 100% of the amount as advance for room reservation guarantee.
• Prior information for cancellation needs to be made at least 45 days in advance to the date of check – in
• Group booking cancelled 45 days – 30 days from the date of check – in,50% retention shall be charged.
• Group booking cancelled 30 days – 15 days from the date of check –in, 75% retention shall be charged.
• All group booking cancelled 15 days prior to date of check – in ,100% retention shall be charged .
